Oxe777 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — whether due to a data entry error, feed failure, or any other technical cause. "Clearly incorrect odds" are defined as values that differ by more than 20% from the market odds offered simultaneously by other operators for the same event. Bets voided for this reason will have the full amount returned to the Player's Real Balance.
If a sporting event is canceled before it starts, all pre-game bets will be refunded. Events postponed by up to 24 hours from the original date and time remain valid. Football matches ended before the regulation 90 minutes due to force majeure will have bets canceled, except those in markets where the outcome had already been determined before the stoppage.
